We bring more than 25 years of experience in the wireless industry, and we have installed GPS tracking professionally since 2007. Today we work with roughly 500 customers in Canada, the US and beyond. The average client has stayed with us for more than 8 years, and most of our new business comes from referrals.
Verizon Connect, Samsara and Geotab are good providers doing a different thing for a different customer. We are smaller, more personal and more customized, and we are Canadian-owned and locally attuned to the businesses we serve.
This is not a surveillance tool and we will not pitch it as one. The point is not to see whether somebody took ten minutes in the bathroom. The point is that a four-hour service call takes about four hours, not six because of a detour.
It works best as exception reporting, meaning alerts when something is genuinely wrong, rather than a map somebody stares at all day.
