Our promise
I know GPS tracking's something you've probably been thinking about for a while, and you want to get it right. You want it to do what you actually need — lift productivity, cut costs, get payroll under control, prevent equipment theft. Something easy to use. And something you don't have to sit and watch all day, because you haven't got the time, and you shouldn't have to.
What you do want is oversight. Where your fleet is, what it's doing, and at the end of the month, at least a hundred and fifty dollars back on your bottom line — for every vehicle you run.
So here's what I suggest. Buy one unit. We'll install it, and we'll help you set it up properly. That part matters, because GPS on its own is just a gadget. It works when your drivers know what it's for.
Run it for thirty days. And if you're not more than delighted — I'll buy it back in full. No questions asked.

Over a month, with GPS in place and a company policy that sets clear expectations, this is what we see in a typical operation:
Time that was being paid for but not worked shows up once arrival and departure are recorded.
Jobs that ran long because nobody was measuring them stop running long.
Drivers stop going all over the place once the routes are visible.
Capacity you already had, recovered and invoiced.
That is where $150 comes from, and in practice it tends to be a good deal more. It is drawn from what customers tell us, and from the fact that the average client stays with us more than eight years. Nobody pays for something that long unless it is working.
One honest caveat. A drill does not make a hole because you own it. GPS is the same. If there is no policy, and your drivers do not know what it is for — and just as importantly what it is not for — it is another gadget that does nothing.
Get their buy-in and it pays for itself. That is why we help you set it up rather than just shipping you a box.
Pick the vehicle or machine where you most want visibility. Our technicians install it, usually within a day or two.
Use it properly. Set the alerts that matter to you. See whether the reporting changes any decision you make.
If you are not more than delighted, we buy it back in full. If you are, add more units whenever you like.
There is no fixed average, but realistically an hour of payroll, a couple of gallons of fuel and one extra service call is about $200 to $300 a month for most industries. That is roughly 5 to 10 times the monthly cost, and it starts immediately rather than in six months.
It works best as exception reporting, meaning alerts when something is genuinely wrong, rather than a map somebody stares at all day.
Rated 5.0 on Google.
I've been dealing with Eddy and the team for 10+ years. I can't say enough good things about them.
Just what you want in a company - great customer service, very dependable product, and reasonable pricing.
iTrack GPS is hands down the best fleet management software on the market. The support team is fantastic.
Recently put trackers in all our trucks. Works great - helps us balance our work load and keep our people happy.
We use iTrackGPS for our fleet and it works great. It's the first thing we open up in the morning.
We use this company many years. Our trucks and equipment is very safe, we can see each plumber every second.
You do. There is no test to pass and no form to argue on. If you tell us it is not working for you inside the first 30 days, we buy it back.
Because you should not have to take our word for it across a whole fleet. One unit on one vehicle tells you whether the reporting is useful, whether your people accept it, and whether the numbers move. If it does not, you are out nothing.
Both are included in the buy-back. Professional installation comes with the unit and the hardware carries a lifetime warranty, so there is nothing separate to recover.
Nothing happens automatically. There is no contract, billing is month to month, and you can cancel any time with no penalty and keep the hardware.
It is what we guarantee, and the reasoning is above rather than hidden. Two hours of payroll, less overtime, lower fuel and one more billable hour adds up past $150 in most operations. It usually comes out higher. What it depends on is you setting expectations with your people, not just installing a box.
No. We have been doing this since 2007 and most of our new business comes from referrals, which only works if the thing actually delivers. The offer exists because we would rather you test it than take a leap.
Tell us what you run and Eddy will call you back. Five minutes, and a straight answer about whether we fit.
No contracts. Cancel any time and keep the hardware. If you are not happy in the first 30 days, we buy it back.
