Hardwired vehicle tracker
A compact, hardwired LTE Cat M1 tracker with internal antennas and a backup battery. It reports position, and because it has configurable inputs, analog inputs and outputs, it can also read a fuel sensor or door switch and switch a relay - the unit we fit when a vehicle or trailer needs more than a dot on a map.
A 170 mAh backup battery keeps the unit reporting if the vehicle battery is disconnected, and an unplug alert is raised, so a tampered or stolen vehicle does not simply go quiet.
Three digital inputs, two analog inputs and three digital outputs, including a negative input and two impulse inputs. That is how it reads a fuel sensor, a door or PTO switch, or an auxiliary signal, and how it can drive a relay.
Supports analog fuel level sensors and several CAN adapters, with engine RPM available for ignition detection through a CAN adapter. Without one, ignition is detected from the accelerometer or from the supply voltage.
Bluetooth 4.0 LE lets it pick up temperature and humidity sensors, an OBD-II dongle or a barcode scanner, and send the readings back with the position.
Over-speed, excessive idling, harsh driving, towing, crash and unplug detection are built in, along with manual and automatic geofences and trip recording.
Firmware and configuration update over the air, so a change to reporting behaviour across a fleet does not mean touching every unit.
This is a hardwired unit for the inside of a cab or a trailer. It is rated IP41, which is protection against dust and dripping, not against rain or washing, so it is installed in a dry place rather than exposed outdoors. It is Cat M1 only, with no 2G fallback, so it relies on LTE-M coverage where it operates.

It can be fitted to a trailer, but inside a protected spot. The case is IP41, so it is not sealed against rain or washing. If the unit has to sit exposed to the weather, the Teltonika TAT141 is the sealed outdoor choice.
It keeps reporting on its internal 170 mAh backup battery for a time and raises an unplug alert. The backup battery is there to report the event, not to run the unit for days.
No. It is an LTE Cat M1 unit only. Where Cat M1 coverage is thin, a unit with 2G fallback, such as the TAT141 or the FMM880, will hold on to a signal better.
Yes. It has analog inputs for a fuel level sensor and supports several CAN adapters. Fuel reading depends on the sensor and the vehicle, so tell us what you run and we will confirm what it can read before we quote.
It reads Bluetooth 4.0 LE devices, including temperature and humidity sensors and an OBD-II dongle. Tell us what you need to measure and we will confirm which sensors suit.
Tell us what the asset is and where it sits. If something else fits better we will say so.
No contracts. Cancel any time and keep the hardware. If you are not happy in the first 30 days, we buy it back.
